iRest Institute irest.org iRest (Integrative Restoration) is a research-based form of Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation practice with deep roots in yoga philosophy and strong evidence for reducing stress, anxiety, pain, and PTSD symptoms. I am a Level 1 iRest Teacher.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) umassmed.edu/cfm Developed at the University of Massachusetts, MBSR is one of the most well-researched mindfulness programs in the world. Highly recommended for those managing chronic stress, pain, or illness.

National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) nbhwc.org The governing body for board-certified health and wellness coaches. If you are looking for a qualified health coach, this is the place to verify credentials. I hold the NBC-HWC designation.
