Yoga Therapy Foundations — $450 Three 60-minute sessions. Ideal for new clients who want to explore yoga therapy before committing to an ongoing plan of care.
Integrative Wellness Package — $550 One 90-minute yoga therapy intake + three 60-minute follow-up sessions. Designed for clients ready to commit to a personalized plan of care.
Health Coaching Program — $480 One initial coaching session + four follow-up sessions. Billed monthly. Ideal for clients working toward specific wellness goals over 6–8 weeks.
A sliding scale is available on a limited basis for clients facing financial hardship. Please reach out to discuss.
