Health coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership designed to help you identify what matters most to your health and wellbeing — and build a realistic, sustainable path to get there. It is not advice-giving or prescribing. It is a structured, supportive process that puts you in the driver's seat.

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I am trained in evidence-based behavior change strategies, motivational interviewing, and whole-person wellness. This credential represents the highest standard of professional health coaching and reflects rigorous training in how people actually change — and what gets in the way.

What to expect

We begin with a comprehensive intake conversation to understand where you are, where you want to go, and what has or hasn't worked in the past. From there we meet regularly — typically weekly or biweekly — to reflect on progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and refine your goals as your life evolves.

Sessions are conversational, judgment-free, and entirely focused on you. I ask good questions. I listen deeply. And I help you find the answers that are already inside you.

Health coaching pairs beautifully with yoga therapy for clients who want both the embodied practice and the strategic support of behavior change work. Many of my clients choose to work with me in both capacities.
